Happiness

My husband has always told me "you should write a book". That's because I always have so many things on my mind. Well, guess what? I started my own blog...


So what exactly is happiness? It's that one little thing (or a big one) that makes your endorphins, dopamine, serotonin and oxytocins that wiggle around and give you those great vibes. Remember - you create your own happiness. You are in charge of it. You had a bad day? We all did, but in the end it matters how you respond to it and how you deal with it.


Ask yourself "Do you feel happy, what makes you happy"?


We all know being happy is not easy, we have all these daily obstacles - that grumpy significant other, whiney kids, bossy boss, annoying colleague or forgetful friend. So after a long day at work or just that exausting everyday life this is what you should do...

Every day - do one thing just for yourself

We think that material things will bring us happiness. Absolutely, it will, short term (It's better to cry in that Mercedes that on the bus), but will that truly bring you happiness? It's the inner piece and acceptance to deal with complicated situations that will calm us and get us through the day.
